They finished giving green card for this year. So no visa bulletin needed anymore. They don’t need immigrants in USA. Sounds like they shutdown USCIS office permanently.

They release bulletin on Monday, Wednesday or Friday not sure why from last 11 months. Hopefully by eod today!
