lets see. Difference between FAD and Filing Date is catching up. Either they will allow 2022 filers to file soon so that they have a steady inventory to work on or they will slowly move forward monthly for filing and final action.Late 2021 AOS applicants have already filed, there’s no reason to cap FAD at Dec 1 2021 for all of Q2 and Q3 unless DOS demand is huge which doesn’t seem to be the case as we have seen their quarterly number releases.

I agree but moving has been weird. they should be able to clear all 2021 cases in fiscal year 2026

it will be interesting if they divide to progress the dates to 2022

@screw BDV 2021 should clear by mid Q3, but we gotta expect the unexpected.
