@Miguel Cava thank you. Applied for all the applications within the US (i130, i131, i485 etc…) and did the interview in New York City. Everything was good except being able to prove/provide documentation of entry into the US therefore had to apply for the i601a waiver where you get a pardon for unlawfully presence in the US and have to do an interview in my case in Paris.
