real question if the beneficiary goes in for a visa while case is being review, what’s the chance of getting a visitor visa?

You cannot and do not apply for visa when you have a case.

@keke o, but why not if it’s taking too long, is it not worth a try. it’s been too long waiting we willing to try anything at this point.
