@mon c I got a reply in two months and was denied by the judge. my lawyers is going to get a joint Motion with ICE and reapply

@eze Eze ok thanks for answering I have a removal in absentia also but my first lawyer file with dhs from September 2023 and up until April didn't hear nothing then a change lawyer and he refile the motion asking ice to join and still didn't hear nothing so now we apply directly with the court in boston so im now waiting and praying for the best

@usa newyork you have to tag @eze Eze in order to get a response but I guess the bia denied the case and they file motion to reopen and it got denied so the going to get a joint motion with ice and reapply.

@mon c is right, that’s exactly what my case was. Hopefully it get approved by the judge when ICE gives me a joint motion.

judge had no reason to reply just said dhs didn’t join in the motion and that I filled a motion to reopen late after my Vawa approval.
