It says my ranking is currently 107 as of February 24, 2024 Waiting for decision: 194 Decision: 11 Then, I checked the following day. My ranking changed to 106 but the Decision changed to 13? My ranking changed backward but the decision added 2? whatโ€™s going in inside the office? I checked again my ranking changed to 108, Decision remains 11. Why my application is being covered and someone moving ahead of my number? #unreliable

this lawfully ranking is based on people that are on lawfully only. ignore it. its just as stupid as the progress tab. some people get approved in 24 days and some people 2 years and there doesnโ€™t seem to be any rhyme or reason.
mel baeFeb 25, 2024
very confusing. There may be a problem with the system. @Alex Gene , where are you able to see that information?

@w s thank you for thatโ€ฆ I know some got approved in 2 months. mine been there for 7 months already. I donโ€™t know why theyโ€™re processing that way while genuine application gets behind and fraud marriages gets prioritize

@mel bae I saw that in lawfully analytics. it keeps changing actually from ranking 106 to 107 to 108. But the decision remains the same as 13. Did they prioritize other application ahead of me?
mel baeFeb 25, 2024
@Alex Gene , I really hope itโ€™s a glitch and that it will go back to where it was before they changed it to the 13th. Just keep hope

@mel bae thank you Mel. I hope so. But this process is all about political anyways. those who are close to power gets speedy process.
mel baeFeb 25, 2024
@Alex Gene , itโ€™s so crazy. I just canโ€™t understand. smh
w s ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธFeb 25, 2024
@Alex Gene I actually donโ€™t think thereโ€™s a lot of speeding up specific processes. Iโ€™m from Canada and have been here legally for a decade. I have two kids with my American husband. I have zero record or even a speeding ticket. its luck. I see same sex marriages or people from countries that are not American allies getting approved before me. i imagine USCIS as a massive warehouse with applications and they just pick one out of the pile to review.

@w s I totally understand as to why some non-US allies gets approved before you even youโ€™re Canadian that shares the same values with America. This is just a complete failed policy of the US immigration. They hired people working at the immigration department who came as asylum seekers or illegal immigrants who happened to be picking up and prioritizing people within the same country they came from. Thereโ€™s no transparency, for example my ranking used to be 107 , after a day how did it happened turned back to 108? The reason they wanted to expedite others application is completely political because they wanted to get more votes during election. I saw one comment that after asking help from their congressman and called the USCIS, he got the approval immediately. How about those who applied before him? Why he gets prioritize? I donโ€™t like the idea that having a law and queue number, they suddenly inserted someoneโ€™s application.

@Alex Gene that sounds like speculation but I do agree that thereโ€™s no fairness. At least standalone 130s are generally just 11 months.

@w s if youโ€™re not paying attention to what is happening about politics you called it speculation. You canโ€™t see your brain, you canโ€™t touch it, you canโ€™t see electricity and thoughts or emotions , you canโ€™t touch nor see air but they do exist in reality.
w s ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธFeb 25, 2024
@Alex Gene youโ€™re comparing science to USCIS. but ok. I wish you a speedy approval. itโ€™s tough out there

@Alex Gene Your โ€œrankingโ€ has absolutely nothing to do with anything that you mentioned. This app has absolutely nothing to do with the USCIS. Your ranking is based solely with the few thousand people who are using this app. Not the millions who applied to USCIS.

their system is broken. they approve the illegal people first ๐Ÿ˜ž people that entered with tourist visa or illegally, unfortunately and it sucks for us doing it the right way.

@Mari nela agree! they prioritize I think the illegal immigrants.
