@erisa ismailaj I had my I-130 form at Vermont and took 39 months. Vermont is the slowest state so you have to wait and pray to get approved faster. Good Luck 🤗

@erisa ismailaj When my case completed 38.5 months and still any answer I e-mailed the senator of state where I explained in details what’s happening. A week after my case was approved but I didn’t get any news from the senator so I’m not sure if was about the e-mail or the case just was approved because the time was completed. Right now I’m waiting for I-824 form. I made an expedite but was denied. Later I e-mailed again the senator for 2 times but still no progress. I don’t know what’s happening with Vermont but we have to be patient. P.S ( Are you from Albania or Kosovo? Because your name sounds like an Albanian name. 🤗 I’m from Albania)

Hi Albanian fellows ! my case was in Vermont too, but they decided to move it to Texas in July . my pd is 09/28/2020, it’s gonna be 3 years from filling in a few days and still no approval. This is devastating 🥺 I’ve tried expediting through senator and congressman and nothing .

@Rozana Bicaku Many people have completed this form only because of this mistake. I didn't read it for any other reason. But apparently, only those people who applied by mail and not online fill out this form.

I filled by mail too , but I have a copy of the application where I have put the embassy option correctly. it’s been so long that we don’t know what to think anymore; we keep thinking maybe there is something wrong that is taking so long to get an approval

@Florina Kopaci the only update is the actively review on 02/18/2022. they’ve never requested anything. I have uploaded tons of evidence in the online account. They keep saying everything looks good, there is nothing you need to do but wait .
