@jean pierre man, if your removal is not cancelled by the judge, even if your advance parole will be approved, you most likely won’t be able to come back. You have to wait… sorry man

I was in the same situation, I got my advance parole after my VAWA got approved. you cannot travel outside the USA if you are in the removal proceedings.

me too they did also with me I’m in removal when my vawa get aproved I can travel

@survivor p my lawyer told me I’m not in removal anymore but she said before the Jude dismiss removal the judge my Vawa approved first.

Hello jean pierre, I am same boat like you, my judge put my case on hold until my vawa get approved. so my lawyer told me I can't travel until the judge terminated my removal proceeding. Please don't go anywhere, wait until your removal get terminated
