applied april 2023, only case was transferred in June, no pf or biometric yet

applied September 2020. never got PF

@jork mande applied, Oct 2022, did biometrics in May and April, Got combo card in July, no PF yet.

@Daniel Ad I got approved on the 1st of July, card got mailed on July 14th, was picked up on the 17th, I received it on the 18th

@Daniel Ad most likely, it’ll get picked up on the 25th so yeah before the 31st you should get it.

@God’s favorite my VAWA application. I had already filed my I-485 last year May 2022, so my EAD for that was approved in April.

I filed my petition in June 2023 as well, not gotten a word for USCIS, no receipt notice nothing yet. please how long to get a receipt notice or email confirmation of your petition being received by USCIS?. thanks 🙏🏾

@Adekunle Muraina it took about 2 months for me to get a receipt notice. I hear it takes an average of 3 months to get a receipt notice from the VAWA office, which is quite unfortunate. however I reached out to my congressman while I was waiting and he was able to tell me they received my documents, so maybe google who your congressman is and reach out.

@god god I just got my prima facie letter in the mail today, and it was dated July 3rd, 2023.

@jork mande nice congratulations next will be approved 360 letter … did your finger print apply for 360 or 485 mine applyed to 485 131 765 all what about yours ?

@god god thank you! they have not updated anything about my fingerprint. I had already done fingerprint last year June for I-485 after I applied in May 2022. They had me do a new fingerprint for VAWA though, but nothing has been updated since.
