really nothing help what the the senator and the congress say

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@David G glad the mandamus process your friend did on his own worked for him, but please stop recommending that everyone do the Mandamus by themselves alone, every case is different and if an applicant is able to afford a lawyer or even volunteer organization to file for Mandamus, USCIS is probably more likely to respond and take action with fairness towards the applicant because they know they are within their rights to get defense. Filing alone sometimes might not have the same impact but like I said every case is different.
