@tired from waiting I hope so, we will see what’s gonna happen. how can you wait for 3 years then ask for more evidence, it doesn’t make any sense.

Be patient, I waited for 3 years, I got no prima and they requested more evidence, once they got it a month after my VAWA was approved

when they ask for more evidence I submitted the same things that I had for evidence but I redid the VAWA petition and add more information to it

@CH 1 I'm Feb 2021, I got RFE last week, I just sent in my response yesterday, hoping for the best now, my rfe was just a bunch of bs, they needed proof of payment for rent, insurance policy, life insurance policy, cable bills and they said I didn't detailed the pictures I sent, Bru I'm just weak and tired for real

The rfe could mean anything other than medical because they don’t need medical to approve vawa

@CH 1 yeah, medical is only needed to know if you are admissible in the USA and that’s during adjustment of status. The rfe could be good moral, more evidence of living together or proof of real marriage. Just wait and see the notice first, I’m sure you and your lawyer can take it up from there.
