VAWA PF
Is there anyone who got approved of VAWA without a Prima Facie? Submitted Feb 2021. Sent RFE May for Good moral character of FBI Background Check. Sent back in June 22, so June 14 received EAD and AP under C09 for two years, but do I have to worry about approval since I didn’t receive PF. also I have a letter from Abuser’s mom too…. 🤔 #VAWA

The C09 was under the i485 that went with i360 tho but well we see what happens @help Lord thank you

@help lord i have seen a whole lot of people receive their vawa approvals without a single PF. @God’s guidance with the backlog maybe they just missed to send one out. don’t loose hope.

prima facie is really a good sign on your case because they believe you suffer abuse at first look. however many people still get approved without it so there’s no need to be panic on that
