File a mandamus, unfortunately that’s the only thing that can help.

I filed in April 2021 and i just got my GC after 1381 days. Be patient, it surely will be granted

@roberto g find out what?if it’s the security checks I filed for experdite and I was told they still doing security check and few days later they sent me an RFE which is a single mistake that was made in my statement and I responded..

still waiting dec 2020 submitted 2 rfe and and received 2 prima facie and and 2 EAD so far just applied my renewal for EAD 2 weeks ago

@Layla brown please don’t loose hope. When I filed my VAWA for the first time in Oct 2018, I received two RFEs but then the decision came in September 2023 which is like 5 years exact though the decision was not favorable. Eventually I was able to refile with supporting documents as oer the denial letter and received prima facie for the first time ever and combo card in few months. I believe they are taking their own sweet time to verify all the info presented in the VAWA Good luck

@roberto g everyone’s reasons are different but my experdite request was denied and that my case is progressing normal so it was after that I got another RFE

I received prima facie until August 2023 since then nothing I’ve never had any rfe or anything
