VAWA Pending for 48 Months (4 Years) & Just Got My 8th Prima Facie Extension. Anyone else?
Today, I just received my 8th Prima Facie determination extension (valid until December 2026). While I am glad my case is still active and considered approvable on its face, the 4-year wait is becoming incredibly stressful and exhausting. My I-485 are also pending , no any RFE
Is there anyone with a June 2022 receipt date (or around mid-2022) who is still waiting for a final decision? How many Prima Facie extensions did you get before final approval?

Same 48 m. a lot of PF (I don’t even count anymore, just throw it in the shelf) I’m very anxious as well. I hope everyone gets approved soon :)

August 2022 7 prima facie the 7 is expired since January and they didn’t renew it maybe because I was in the 39 travel ban no rfe hop we get direct approval

My VAWA was approved in March 2026 after filing a Mandamus Lawsuit as a pro se litigant in February 2026.
I concurrently filed my VAWA and I-485 applications in October 2022.

@T N I’m 5 days after you in June 2022 and still nothing I’m just tired at this point. And I’m living my best life worrying with this administration will send my blood pressure up and that wouldn’t be nice for me. so at this point I can’t bother
