Vawa past processing time
vawa submitted Oct 2021. Rfe Oct 2024 and response received Jan 2025. Its been over 120 days since response received with no update and vawa past 42 months timeline. anyone else in similar situation?

You can tell your lawyer to call to see what's going on. I had the same experience and afre the call I received notice of approval. I wish you all good luck
