vawa name change
who has changed their name through vawa before green card was approved . please advise.... I want to chnage from my husband's name and same time don't want to go back my maiden for very personal reasons. so my best bet is first husband's name. I don't want my gc approved with my current hubbys name. but I don't know how to go about a name change in the middle of the process

I also want to change my name, but I was advised to wait for my green card before I change anything.

I don't want my husband name on my green card. I don't know why my gc should be denied based on I want to answer a previous name. it is my right and God forbid that happens. there are solid reasons gc can be denied but never heard gc was denied because of name change that sounds absurd . during divorce you can ony go back to a previous name I don't want to answer for reasons best known to me based on some history. anyways thanks for your input
