Vawa
Hello, I have a question. I have my EAD work permit and travel permit approved. My vawa is still pending approval. My lawyer sent the whole package. But my question is, can I still get the green card if I entered illegally and got deported back then? My lawyer says that I won't be able to but I have my doubts. Many people say that I can get my green card but others say I can’t. I'm very confused, is there anyone else in this situation?

It will even cancel your initial illegal entrance permanently once, you travel with it cos, you will be admitted in legally….

if your lawyer said you wont be able to why did she or he filed the adjustment? if the re entry was because of the abuse then yes you can get your green card.
