it’s normal same people doesn’t receive prima facie but means you are good 👍🏻

if they need they ask rfe like in3 ou 6 months when you apply,you are good I know it’s hard..I’m from set 2022 soo we are in the same boat

yea it’s normal, Vawa it’s taking between 36-42 months

it's normal. i haven't had any movement for more than 4 years. Uscis will notify you if they need anything

you did biometric already? I didn’t receive no RFE and after 3 years exactly my VAWA was approved. now am just waiting for them to approve my greencard

@brya a I file Oct 2022 only received work authorization & travel documents no prima facie

very normal I filed in November 2021. Only about 5 Prima Facie and No rfe and was approved January 30 2025.

@Mrkvica M. after 4 years do they sent yoy a rfe? if that so what they asked for after so long 4 years?

@summerlover 07 only RFE that I received was was good moral and that was after I filled paperwork. But I didn't have anymore RFE

besides other evidence that i have would the i130 approval help with my vawa case?
