medical requested on September 12. mefucal completed and sent to my lawyer. I’m sure she will mail it to uscis this week. I really want to know how soon GC can be approved after medical submission. @Kay Kay can you share your experience and FO

@Kay Kay ,From the date they acknowledged received of RFE Medicals, in most cases it's takes 2 to 8 months to receive interview or Decision. But sometimes More and depends on Your Case.

@Sam Gem I have seen some people in here getting the dedision within a few days after receiving the medical…. I hope we can be one of those people!

medical requested on August 8…USCIS received on September 5, still waiting.

did u guys need to take anything to the civil surgeon? like your immunization records? please and how long after doing the medicals did u receive it from the doctors? what can I expect? and about average what was the price

@Liza liza They had my records since it wasn’t my first time…the only thing that I had is my Covid shots records…I got one vaccine and they pulled couple samples of blood…that’s about it…it took 1 week for the form to be ready and it cost me around 500$, hope this helps.

it will be delayed probably now because of govt shut down news that I heard .
