for your vawa approval letter did ut say i797c or just i797?

@Shari : my was 797c because they sent my 360 approval to my attorney office and they mentioned as G28 we send this approval. however I didn’t get my own approval which is 797 because I used his mailing address as mine.

my VAWA was approved November 10 2023, I haven’t gotten any update on I485 since then. in March, Congress man made an inquiry on my I485 and USCIS responded stating my I485 is in my field office and an officer will adjudicate the case as soon as possible. in July congressman made another inquiry and USCIs responded stating my case is pending relocation to filed officer. I have decided to wait for them till Nov 10th then I go ahead and file a writ to mandamus.
