my case is wired, my VAWA approved on February 2024, 485 is in NBC for almost 5 months, they didn’t send me any medical RFE yet .

by calling uscis.

I sent my medical to NBC (they received Sept 26 last year),and still waiting….😞

My pd is March 2 2021 ..VAWA approved December 2023 ..rfe in Feb 2024 for medical..biometrics in May ..still waiting. NBC also ..The approval letter says where the case is transferred to.
