June 2022. No EAD, Prima Facie since application. travel document sent to wrong city in 2022 and won’t even correct despite several service requests attempts. all case still under process. Total 3.7 years waiting for atleast work authorization or atleast prima facie because I’m homeless.

@nathen B yes you're not gonna have any problems because of that. im August 2022 nothing new since case was received. Got my AP and EAD

@Ayoosh I was approved, but I never received my card and was informed that I had to reapply which my attorney did and I received a new card in four months, I was informed that they could not do a replacement I had to reapply

@D S no my lawyer didn’t apply for new one he told me they are being sketchy with my whole application so it was better to not travel anywhere unless they approve my case.

@D S No. my category is C31 unless my I-360 is not approved they won’t issue me work permit. I requested for C09 which is the temporary work permit but the uscis put me in C31 category.

@Ayoosh if you have a pending i485 - you can definitely apply for C09

I was arrested for simple battery and it got dismissed in court, can my VAWA Application still be approved? I am so worried too Oooo?

@nathen B , my concern is the Arrest Record. The case messed up my life, I lost my job,my car got repo and my credit score became poor bcos I used my credit cards to pay attorney fee and I couldn’t repay them. May God help me to rebound
