I think the vawa process area is at Vermont but I’m not sure how is filling from another country you must have a strong case i guess

@VAWA New Filer the Nebraska Service Center is where you send all vawa applications. And they will decide if to send it to SCOPS Service Center Operations Or transfer it to a different USCIS office because my lawyer told me they now send cases based on where you live . Yes send it to Nebraska and if the abuse happen in your country or anywhere you’re eligible to file, just after approval you will have to state in their you’re outside the US and doing consular processing

Yes, VAWA I-360 self petitions are filed with the Nebraska Service Center, even if you’re outside the U.S., including from the Philippines.
