VAWA Filing
Hi. I am going to file my I-360 based on VAWA from the Philippines. However, the direct mailing address I found from USCIS website does not say anything about where to send the package if filer is outside the US.
I chatted with a live agent on USCIS through Emma and even the agent can't give me a direct answer.
My question is: Do I have to mail it to Nebraska Service Center?
I would really appreciate your input. Thank you!

you are not eligible to file for vawa from overseas.

@Dani M M yes i am. the qualifying abuse happened when i was in the US. I am married to US Citizen.

you must be locally in the USA to be eligible for vawa. people can’t apply for that from overseas

I think the vawa process area is at Vermont but I’m not sure how is filling from another country you must have a strong case i guess
