VAWA filers for Jan to April 2023, have you received your receipt notice
Hello folks, I filed my VAWA in March 2023 to Vermont center before the change to Nebraska, still not received my notice.

my friend filed in march in Nebraska center, I don’t understand how you are saying that Center didn’t change. he received notice and fingerprints and yesterday his case moved to another office for jurisdiction.

Filed Feb 13th in Nebraska then transferred to Vermont, waiting on biometrics now…

Thanks guys. Still waiting for my receipt notice. Hopefully i get it this week. Also with the opening of the new HART center that will focus on VAWA cases i am hoping green cards get approved faster

@Lolly_f Zizi my mom is a January filer she got her receipt witching 2 weeks and now today her combo card and bio metrics good luck. also you can check if your money order was cash until it is cash you won’t get a receipt

@lucas yes in had yesterday she did not do bio metrics yet the bio metrics came with the combo card separate letters but same day her appointment for biometrics is next week but she got her combo card ( work permit and travel permit)

hey @loll_f zizi I filled my i360 feb 9th 2023 to Nebraska and got i797c notice of action on April 17th 2023. next day case was transferred to Vermont. received another i797c notice of action about case was transferred to speed up the process. currently online status check says new office has jurisdiction since April 21st 2023. no changes yet

January 24th, my reciept came 3weeks after. In March they sent me a letter saying that my biometrics from my I-130 was re-used.

Hello! I filed my VAWA on March 2023. Arrived at USCIS on March 31, 2023. So far, I have not received anything nor have my checks been cashed. Please, could you tell me if you are also like this?

@uscislin linuscis i did biometrics in July 2023 and got rfe for moral character evidence in September 2023 replied back on Oct 10th and then got prima facie determination letter oct 25th 2023. I filled i485,i765 dec 2023.

update on my i485,i765 got i797c n fee waived by uscis on 4th 2024. will update again when smthmg happens
