I am Dec 6, I guess they're still doing September. i will give it at least 7 days... sometimes they don't send a tracking number and you might want to ask Live agent through live chat and they shall be able to give you the tracking number. I Thnk once they tell you it has been picked up by USPS.

by the way, did they ever update your fingerprints on your i-765? for me they only applied my prints on my i-485 and my i-360 on the letter they sent to me for bio reuse.
