My VAWA got denied for lack of evidence and contradictions they believe is misrepresentation. Has anyone here dealt with the same situation? How did you handle it after the denial?

I got denied back in November... I filed May 2022
I got a lawyer and appealed.
So far only case was received and receipt notice sent

what could be the reason, did you checked everything by yourself?

@filler 2022 background check showed them some contradictions they said. I’ve had a solid package of evidences
