what does it mean when you call uscis to ask for information about your case and they tell you they can’t view your case or pull out your records, asking you to write to the office processing your case. pls does anyone know e

yes. your case is abuse and they are not to discuss it with anyone. the best thing to write Vermont and they will respond back.

c31 is only issued when case is approved but you have to inquire about your c09 renewal
