VAWA based I-485 case
Hello everyone, I have a question. I applied for a green card through vawa. I submitted all I-485, I-360, I-765, and 1-131 forms together. My I-485 shows that fingerprints have been applied to my case, my I-360 shows that it has been received, my I-765 shows that my fees were waived and my I-131(advanced parole) shows that it has been approved. My question is can I travel with approved I-131 if neither other forms have been approved? Would I be considered inadmissible when I try to reenter the US. My only status currently is that I have a valid Work permit through DACA that doesn’t expire until next year. Thank you #AdvanceParole

why is it that lawyer advise against travel with an approved I-131? I was super excited to have the approved Advance paroled but got discouraged when my lawyer said she advises against international travel. I’ve been reading a lot of post of people who travel with advance paroled and theyre all positive
