same situation here I have been waiting 30 months for i485

@Mili Jay i just did a service request in jan for outside processing time and they send me a letter saying that due to work load your application is delayed

wow it's just too long..to wait after medicals assistant been sent.. reach out to congress again. question did you guys pay the filing fee. for application 1 485 or was it waived. because I have heard a while back that uscis tend to do cases of people that had paid. before those that was waived.

I'm almost the same, I was approved in November 2023, medical exams in April 2024, fingerprints taken in July 2024 and nothing.

I send the medical to nbc and I remember I paid the fee for i485 @blessed nikay

@Ryan W I have the same situation, my vawa approved march 2024 since then no RFE no interview. I called them they said I need to call back if I didn’t hear back from them within 30 days. I need to call them back next week because no update since I called them . which state are you in?

@Ryan W I am in the same boat with you VAWA approved may 2023 RFE for medical replied August 2023 since then nothing tried congressman and even contacting uscis for out of processing time same reply work load cannot guarantee time .. its been so long we both have the same month of approval and RFE replied I also sent it to NBC same office as you ..!
