between 3-6 months usually. my Vawa was approved nov 3st 2024 and nothing yet.

it can take anywhere between 12-36 months now. I was approved 18 months after my Vawa approval.

my vawa was approved in August and I got rfe December

oh okay I see.. I was approved December 25th. but no update yet on my I-485 as well. hoping I get something this coming month. my prayers to you all as well. will keep praying for good news for everyone here🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@Shari yes i sent it in about 10 months ago and then got rfe 6 months ago for i-864 and since then nothing

@fadoua bahhi you might get medical next and after that maybe another rfe .. have you called them? i called and they just said to wait but its crazy almost 5 years

@cl lo I emailed my lawyer which is helpless telling her to contact them , she said she gonna check the process time for I 485 , and never get back to me , she left me waiting for days now . I will try. contact them . I’m so sick of this process, I’ve been waiting for vawa approval for 1264 days now waiting for I485 320 days that’s awful, my dad passed away and I couldn’t even see him.

@cl lo thank you for asking, yes I did , I called them march 7 and I explained my situation to the officer. the officer said that if I didn’t hear back from them within 30 days I have to called them back. since then I didn’t hear anything back from them no RFE No interview . I will called them April 7 again , I’m just tired of all this .

@cl lo Call customer service 1 (800) 375-5283, say "infopass" when the auto voice lets you speak. Give the receipt number for the I-485. When you get hold of a live person, politely explain your situation.
