VAWA Approval Timeline After Expedited Request
Hi everyone, Quick question 🙋🏽‍♀️: USCIS approved my expedited request 11 days ago. Now, I’m wondering how long it typically takes for them to approve or deny the VAWA case itself. Approval or denial can take about a month more or less. Also, what was your reason f ok r expedite if you don't mind sharing.

@sam rosario @William U I have been waiting for 3+ years now and I couldn’t take it anymore since I also gave birth to my baby it’s been stressful. I was diagnosed with postpartum depression and all so I used all the doctors notes and my own affidavit requesting that.

@Miss M after my vawa expedite was approved, my case took 47 days to he approved!!! good luck

@Naya B I sent it the 15 of August, they got it the 16th and they replied the 16th of September.

The expedite was Alone. But my entire process was with a lawyer
