@John Lori i checked in New York and New Jersey for a real ID at DMV during the year 2021 using EAD but they declined. Whereas when I tried to renew my license at Nevada state showing my Indian passport, EAD they issued me real ID.

@John Lori I went to dmv November to update my license and NO!!!!! you can’t they go off category and they said the only category that can get it is asylum seekers I live in queens btw so no you can’t get a real id with your ap or vawa you can get a regular dl or id tho just not real id
