your lawyer is a liar and incompetent! I’m Nigerian also, in advance parole. I’ve used it multiple times to Nigeria 3times last year and currently in the UK right now for vacation. pls use your advance parole!

that lawyer is stupid! well except if your case is close, he or she might advice you not to go because of time, but nonetheless, u are safe. I did in May and nothing happened. just make sure it’s not going to take forever. I wish u safe trip snd God Almighty heal you.

u cannot use ur advance parole to Mexico direct but u can use it to Nigeria and return. ur if Mexico requested u to have a visa try and get visa and go from Nigeria then return to Nigeria and use ur parole to get back to USA from Nigeria. secondly why not apply for Metroplus essential 4 if u live in new york

@uchy O I am also from Nigeria. I recently traveled to Naija on an Approved Emergency Advance Parol Document and had no issue when returning back after two weeks outside of the US. Your lawyer is lying and no one will stop you when coming back into the US for as long you have a valid Approved AP.
