you should get prima face 6 months after filing and 765 and 131. about one year.

do a ead and AP outside normal processing request. I did and just got approved

@michelle MD what category did you put ? if it’s c31 you won’t receive your EAD until your VAWA is approved. if it’s C9 you should inquire about it because that’s outside normal processing time

guys I got a receipt notice from my i765 employment form saying Class Request:C31 what does this mean please?🙏
