In California, you can also get food stamps, Medicaid etc., but you have to qualify for it of course (low or no household income, have to show proof). I didn’t need Prima Facie to get drivers license, I showed my work permit, but it’s possible Prima Facie helps in case you don’t have a work permit, I have not researched that.
