Hello, I applied for VAWA since August and till now I have not gotten receipt notice. How long does it take to get receipt notice?

@Sam Singh My attorney didn’t give me receipt notice, he just informed me that USCIS had mailed my Prima Facie and I went to his office to collect it. USCIS received my VAWA application August 17th.

okay! but they send reciept notice before prima facia as what I have seen with other cases. did they cashed your cheque?
