Yes, a phycologist report will very much help in the approval of your I-360 Wava. Do your best to gather every evidence you can. The report helped me alot and my case was approved. If you need recommendation for a phycologist, I would be glad to give you the name of the Dr. Who wrote mine she is wonderful and charged less unlike others who charged up to 3,000 dollars.

@Allon God thank you so much but the thing is i already filed my case on january 28 ,2023 with my lawyer and he also recommended me another psychologist that work with immigration vawa case. he also told me that since i already have an i130 approved that is gonna help my case get stronger?

I am also still awaiting the approval of my I-485. However, you should get approval before your current work permit expires.

@Shari, though most of us in this community are Wava candidates, our request for evidence are different so if you didn't submit a phycologist report, it doesn't mean that it's not important for another case. I submitted.

@Allon God thank you that’s why i submitted my vawa with a psychological evaluation. they especialise in vawa cases that’s what my lawyer told me.

@Allon God they don't normally ask for phycological report as rfe, so if u send it or not, it can't stop them from approved or deny your case
