I submitted my application june 2021, got RFE for good moral, then after that I got another RFE in October 2022 to prove marriage was in good faith seeing that we where married a short time before separated. I360 was approved in January 2023 . RFE for medical in may 2023, I485 was approved in June

@haj 97 you have to sent your marriage certificate, living together (electric bill, gas bill, lease house, etc.,) if you guys live together for long time. if it’s shorter marriage proof of marriage certificate and 5 to 6 persons has to give letter to be a real marriage, if they already attended your marriage. Any incidents proof police report and medical report too applicable to this vawa application. hope you understand the difference.

@haj 97 I had wedding pictures, affidavits from my family and friends he broke my phone n stuff so I only had photos where family could sent to me. I had the receipts of the new phone I had to buy and it all combined with my story. he we had all bills in our name even tho we lived together shortly but the apartment we stayed in back my story. but that’s all evidence plus my police report
