so i was wondering if i can a prove a vawa case with my declaration , psychological evaluations, join tax returns , 3 bills together except that i don’t have witnesses also i have an i130 aprovechó that she was trying to withdraw ?
i applied just for the i360 without the Adjustment of status in january 2023

@blessed & favored and @Daniel D D , the approved I-130 only helped that the marriage was in good faith ie it established the family tie already. However, VAWA (I-360) needs to establish abuse by spouse. If your declaration is strong with good Psychological Evaluation, you might get approved
