@hope courage , not long time ago. 6 months I’m just curious bc I saw one or two cases of people being approved in a year or so ..

@M H it’s very true but in the fact uscis will continue working fast end of September and will probably include it with premium processing as far heard from few lawyers so hope for the best .

if you’re the beneficiary of an i-130 previously filed and later you switched to vawa it might take somewhere between 18-24 months that’s what my attorney told.

Mine waa appeoved in less than 2yrs. File in April 2021 and waa approved in November 2022.

My VAWA was approved in 13 months

@MH , Yes i did i have a previous i-130 and i'-485 which i hold in abeyance. it has already been linked to my VAwA after the Approval.

was the I-130 approved as well?

Yes, I did have I-130 previously filed and it was denied after VAWA, because it was no longer relevant to my case.
