validity period
those who apply Advance Parole got their application approved and how long is your validity period. I am hearing 5years of validity. please share your info. Thsnks.

@Jane doe Thank you for the response. when did you apply and when it’s approved? did you file AP separate or with EAD Combo card?

they start giving 5year work permit and AP October 1, 2023

@K t they said they will adjudicate my case on October 1st week.

@K t yeah I withdraw the writ of mandamus under some conditions like 1. adjudicate on Oct 1st week if not let us know and give 14 days time 2. if rfe is issued send a tracking number and after they receive rfe they will adjudicate with in 60 days 3. they will process I 485 immediately after adjudicating the I 360.
