after October 1st it will be required for the medical exam

I’m really trying to understand if it’s for persons applying after October 1 or everybody who does not have an interview before October 1

my guess is if you haven’t submitted your medical or done your medical before October 1st you’ll be fine but after that date it will be required and it is grounds for denial if you don’t have the vaccine. Crazy but I am fully vax so not worried lol

You can submit your medicals with the application, so when you are filing, in other words, just include the medicals. I don’t know, however, if you can send the medicals after your submitted your application without the rfe. Ask a lawyer, I would recommend.

You can submit a medical in advance when you are sending your application package. You will avoid an RFE later that will ask you for medicals and will avoid further delays.

You cand definitely send it with the application but, it is valid for a certain amount of time (google that or ask a lawyer) and if your interview date is after that time expires then you just do it again and have it ready for the interview date. (that’s how we did)

It’s valid for 2 years. As per USCIS new updated policy, I believe. If the 2 years pass and nothing happens with your application it will expire and you will just have to get another medical. But there is a chance to evade a possible rfe and delay.
