Use PD of a denied Eb1 for Eb2-NIW
can I use the PD of Eb1 in August 2024 that got denied u for Eb2-NIW in case it got approved? my Eb1 got denied and my EB2-NIW is still pending and its PD is in November 2024
Is there such thing?

I believe you can only use PD of an approved I 140 petition
