USCIS warns us there is no movement in the upcoming month
EMPLOYMENT-based categories: Very little to no forward movement is expected in the coming months since the final action dates for many categories advanced for April 2024. The above final action date projections for the Family and Employment categories indicate what is likely to happen throughout Quarter Three and Quarter Four of FY24. Readers should never assume that recent trends in final action date movements are guaranteed for the future, or that retrogressions will not be required at some point to maintain number use within the applicable annual limits. The determination of the actual monthly final action dates is subject to fluctuations in applicant demand and other variables. Ok even though I really want to stay positive but now I can’t. The only hope is October 2024. I do not understand why they stay so long in the year 2020. This October 2024 mark 2 years they staying in it. Great news for EB4 since they advance 11 months but not for EB3 Other Worker.

EB3 Unskilled advanced a month in the April visa bulletin, therefore it is moving forward each quarter and we just have to be patient

is it just me or there’s something wrong with the statement that USCIS wrote? they’re saying there will be little to no movement since the final action dates for many categories advanved for April 2024, but if you look at the table none of the categories moved to April 2024…

@shishi 9 you misunderstood. it meant for the April 2024 bulletin. not that they moved to april 2024.

@Obi K oh so they consider 1 month advancement good enough for the rest of the year? outrageous
Obi KMar 10, 2024
@shishi 9 yes. but perhaps not the whole year. they probably mean till next quarter. so maybe not much movement in next two months. New quarter or fiscal year usually sees the best movement.
