USCIS time estimate
Hi everyone, I filed April 1st 2023. As at October our case was moved up to 7 months, and today April 1st it was to moved to another 8 months. Does this mean I’ll have to wait till Dec, or is there anyone whose timelines showed like this on their online account, but they got approval before the 8 months?

processing times are not correct. a lot of times when people see a jump in processing time it’s because the case has moved. they’re sometimes approved right after a big change. there is however no true pattern or accuracy to anything. seems like the roll of a dice. good luck!

Thank you but my case wasn’t moved. I spoke to a live agent, and my service center is still the same

@Mirian Oj yeah WS is correct mine went from 3 weeks to 3 months again i was told got forrwad to a field office two month ago i think we will be just fine good luck

@Mirian Oj my case time counted down from 6 months all the way to taking longer than expected then I got an RFE and I got a new 6 month countdown. I’m at 4 weeks left on the second jump. who knows!!!! It will happen!!
