USCIS sent email
Hi everyone, So I got an email from USCIS saying " we have taken an action..." but when I log in and check I do not find anything new at all. I am waiting for my interview which is scheduled for Dec 8. l am getting nervous as my interview date is closing in and I don't want any surprises. does anyone have any idea what could be the reason?

I have had similar experience where email will say that and status update will take place around evening or next day

where you go to the uscis website and sign into your account you will see sections and you will choose documents

I am so checked with Emma and chat with a live agent this morning. The live agent said the last update was on Oct 26 and is that my interview is scheduled for Dec 8. No new updates. I don't know. why this website is so glitchy.

@SuSk; It may be for something that already happened a while ago. Had the same issue, spoke to several agents until I found one that cared enough and he asked about my last update which was on paper. The online notification caught up late. It may also be about your scheduled interview and only just updated online or something about reused biometrics or something. Don’t be disheartened, focus on your upcoming interview.
