it clearly says it’s contract employees and it’s part of an effort to reduce paper-based processing to switch to digital.. it says nothing about the USCIS employees who actually adjudicate cases.
Thiugh I don’t doubt there’s looming fears and uncertainty among USCIS employees because of the incoming administration.
