USCIS online disappeared after Rfe was delivered

has anyone ever experienced this? I sent my rfe response via usps and was delivered but online account suddenly disappeared, USCIS is yet to update case because when I check case status it’s still saying Rfe was sent .

also send my medical rfe on Monday and they receive it on Tuesday mine also disappear yesterday later appear with update rfe receive.

it can take them a while to mark RFE received after you send it even if you have proof of delivery. could be weeks or months. you will be fine
