USCIS online account
Hey guys,
I wanted to ask and see if anyone. may know about this. My husband is my sponsor for AOS, he recieved an email from Uscis asking him to create an account. we were iffy about the email so he went into he Uscis webpage directly to create an account but it asked for anonline access code. We recieved one when we initially applied back in July but it was addressed to me and so my question is, would he be able to create an online account as well or is the beneficiary the only one that gets to make an account?

I-130 access code is for your husband the Petitioner. If he has lost it or it's expired, then he needs to request for another one. It takes less than 10 days to arrive via mail to your address.

@JENNIE . The access code i recieved was addressed to me and when I created my account with it that’s what I entered. So only the petitioner gets to create an account? I apologize if I’m asking so many questions. I’m learning all of this right now. I thank you for any input

@EANR 13 two access codes were sent, 1 for me the applicant, 1 for my spouse my petitioner. I was the only one that created a USCIS account with my access code until last 3 months when my spouse wanted to create his, we discovered that his access code has expired so we requested for another code which took less than 10 days to arrive at our mail box.
